American Integrity at 13510 Central Road, Apple Valley, California.

I have been dealing with Heidi in customer service for almost a year on a warranty for my vinyl V- groove picture window. I was told that is was measured for replacement in Jan 2015. I have contacted Heidi no less than 10 times for a status and installation appointment, half the time I actually talk with Heidi the other times I leave a message. I was told by Heidi that my replacement window is produced by another manufacturer and is a special order, but 8 months really? To date I haven't received any return calls from American Integrity windows. Finally out of frustration I asked for a supervisor, who I am told is Gilbert in the past 45 days I have left 3 voice mail messages for Gilbert with no return call. All very perplexing and completely unprofessional. As a General contractor for 35 years, having built several house and hundreds of remodels never have I had such a negative experience with a window manufacturer, usually they will go out of their way to stand behind their product. This is certainly a first for me, it is my hope that American Integrity Windows can live up to their name and take care of business, I am doubtful. I will spread the word at my end in the construction community of the Inland Empire California, please be wary of this company and know if you have a warranty issue it will receive lip service only.
